- The Safety Management Program is proprietary to YOUR union and your incident report is maintained and monitored by your union.
- YOUR union will investigate and manage your incident report until completion. Then it can be forwarded to you for your records and will be retained indefinitely by your union for future reference.
- The Safety Management Program is specifically designed with the resources to provide YOUR union with the ability to quickly analyze al incident reports to identify trends and take the necessary corrective actions to prevent similar accidents in the future.
Therefore, when any union member is injured on a work job site, observes an unsafe work condition, or is exposed to hazardous materials, immediately report your incident by contacting your union’s Safety Management Program at 1-877-917-2331. To assure a safe, accident free workplace and safegaurd your rights, you must use your union’s Safety Management Program. Remember to report!
