Social Security Disability USA Program
You may be eligible for Social Security disability in addition to your union pension. Do you meet the following?
- Are you over the age of 45?
- Did you retire less than five years ago?
- Do you suffer from ANY physical and/or mental conditions?
Retired union members can receive their union pensions and Social Security disability simultaneously. Receiving Social Security disability will not affect your union pension. In many cases, this can lead to an additional $1,500 to $2,300 per month in benefits, plus a lump sum check.
If you suffer from back pain, arthritis, headaches, high blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee, neck or shoulder pain, diabetes, depression, or any other injury or medical condition, you may be eligible for Social Security disability benefits.
